《海天之约》是ac米兰官网中文网站气象海洋学院为迎接建院75周年所创作的院歌。
歌曲以“太阳如约升起”“舰艇破浪扬帆”的壮美画面开篇，寓意着在看似安宁美好的风景背后，是海天人几十年如一日的执着坚守。他们不畏艰难险阻，不惧激流险滩，只顾风雨兼程，夺隘闯关，甘愿奔赴边疆、海岛、无人区、戈壁沙漠，到祖国最需要的地方建功立业，如磐石般坚定地守护着海天之间这片“无形战场”的安澜。

作者简介
邓东源
中国音协理事，湖南省文联副主席、省音协第八届、第九届主席团主席。国家一级作曲，教授、博士生导师，国家文旅部专家库、国家艺术基金评委会成员。谱写各类音乐作品500多件。歌曲代表作《又唱浏阳河》《笑口常开》《军中女孩》《又唱小白杨》《锦绣潇湘等你来》。影视剧音乐代表作有《陶铸》《商界》等6部。交响乐代表作有大型交响套曲《浏阳河颂》、大型交响组歌《秋收起义》《天职》等。创作大型民族管弦乐（交响合唱）《粮安天下》，获评2025年度国家艺术基金重大舞台剧项目。其作品获国家级奖励51件，获全军级奖励41件，获其他省（部）奖励69件。
陈滢竹
青年女高音，歌剧演员，中国音乐学院声乐歌剧系青年教师，第十四届中国音乐金钟奖金奖得主，文旅部“新时代声乐领军人才”。曾参加“中俄文化年”开幕式暨庆祝中俄建交75周年专场音乐会、庆祝中国共产党成立103周年交响音乐会、纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年文艺晚会《正义必胜》等国家级演出。曾荣获第十四届中国音乐金钟奖声乐（民族）比赛决赛第一名等。曾出版个人专辑《滢声竹韵—陈滢竹中国声乐作品集》，并在北京、成都、广州等地多次成功举办独唱音乐会。
